Hire Charges (as of 1st January 2025)

Residents of Melmerby qualify for a discount of 20% on these rates.

Weddings and Adult Parties

• Weddings / Major Events (includes hire from 8am Friday through to 6.00pm Sunday) - £995.00
• Evening Party (includes hire from 4.00pm on the day until midnight) - £110.00
• Alcohol License (additional charge) - £21.00

We ask for a damages deposit of £200 for weddings and adult party bookings. This is, of course, fully refundable if the hall is left in a satisfactory state.

Standard Rates

• Main Hall (Full Daytime Rate of 8hrs) - £100.00
• Main Hall (Half Daytime Rate of 4hrs) - £55.00
• Main Hall  (Standard Hourly Rate) - £22.50
• Meeting Room (Standard Hourly Rate) - £15.00

Other Rates

• Children's Party (includes 4 hour hire including setup and cleaning. Additional time subject to negotiation) - £55.00
• Christening - £85.00
• Funeral Tea - £85.00
